Every system has to undergo an EU single examination according to guideline 97/23/EG (guideline for pressure devices). This examination is performed by TÜV NORD.

The conformity of the refrigeration system with the European Guideline 94/9/EG (“ATEX 95”) is assessed in close co-operation with TÜV NORD (certifying authority).
As an option, a different examination place can of course be chosen.

If needed, further examinations can be made.
Even if your facility is outside Germany, examinations can be made in accordance with local regulations.
